This visit was my 2nd with Kerri Jones, NP. The first time was a sick visit and today was my annual physical. I felt very comfortable with Kerri. She answered all my questions, did all the tests necessary and it's very easy to talk to. Both my kids are members and my husband is joining Evolve as well. I would not hesitate becoming a member. The facility is nice, the staff members are very helpful and most of all, I trust the care and advice I was given. If you are on the fence, this is a no-brainer.

Very nice office and the staff are so friendly. The providers are very warm and provide exceptional care. Kerri Jones CRNP, was very kind and took time to explain things thoroughly without rushing. I definitely felt way more comfortable here vs. other doctors offices.

We are new to the area, and we are so impressed with the service we are getting with the Evolve medical team. They made it so easy to get our prescriptions re-established. Plus, they've been extremely helpful in dealing with that inevitable common cold that ran through our family when the kids started at a new school. Looking forward to continuing our relationship with this group.

Where do I even start. From making the appointments, entering the clinic, being seen by receptionist/nurse/and Dr.Barnes, such a pleasant and warm experience. Very welcoming, professional, and caring all the way around. Dr.Barnes takes his time in listening to my list of concerns & questions. I was seen the day I needed care. What a worthwhile place to be. Glad I found Evolve!
