Ms. Ruth knows the human body and the different muscles, nerves, and the connections between them better than any massage therapist or doctor I’ve ever met. She has helped heal some severe pain and tension in my neck, shoulders, back, and sciatic in particular. She truly does “deep tissue,” and now that I go to receive her massage therapy monthly, she really knows my body and helps me build on the progress of pain relief from month to month.
