(September 26, 2018, 2:16 pm)This is a nice place to live in Annapolis. Close to everything and walking distance to CVS, Safeway, and a few small restaurants. The apartments are spacious and the maintenance truly delivers on their promises. Biggest complaint would have to be about the entrance gate. The guest call box oftentimes doesn't work how it should & the gate itself often gets stuck open or closed.

The property manager a long with her team are top of the line staff members, they are ALWAYS willing to help you with anything that you inquire they make you feel like you are part of the extended family and will go above and beyond to put a smile in your face. The pool, gym, and gardens are always clean! never dirty. I will highly recommend living in this apartments if you have the opportunity to do so.
