(October 26, 2021, 11:30 am)Due to ongoing iron issues in our well water, we signed up for laundry wash and fold with pickup and delivery. The pickup/delivery is very convenient with a 4 day turn around. It is basic laundry, nothing special required and so far I have been pleased with how everything has been washed and folded. The bags are provided by the company, they are sturdy and protect from the elements while waiting for pick up or when delivered. Clean clothes are also wrapped in a plastic bag, which prevented them from getting soaked on a recent rainy day.
We had one issue with a bag not being returned on drop off day. An email to Charmane produced a quick follow up with a satisfactory result. I feel very confident in how responsive and professional Charmane and the company conduct business. I plan to continue using them and would recommend. -

(January 27, 2021, 2:35 pm)We reeeeeally like the new delivery service and that they send a text the day before to see if we have anything to be cleaned! One time I forgot to put it out and the gentleman who delivers on our route called when he arrived, instead of just driving in by! And he was very kind!!

(January 6, 2021, 12:42 pm)Guys-who knew dry cleaning could be this easy?!? They just showed up, took my stuff and brought it back. no problems, super easy. Never going back to lugging a load of clothes around in my car for a week before dropping them off—then forgetting to pick them up for another week! so great!
