The guys here are phenomenal. I accidentally locked the key of my rental in the very rental vehicle as I was trying to return it today. Not only were they very sympathetic (as I was so embarrassed) but they worked with me every step of the way. They still drove me to collect my actual vehicle and offered to help in any way they could, including to wait with me for the locksmith. Trevor went above and beyond and produced some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. Usually, you’re just another customer or client, seen as a number, at these types of places. But today, I felt like I was seen as the frazzled human that I was (which is a good thing!) They were actually willing to help me, which is so rare to come by these days. Even while I was waiting and on the phone with my insurance agent, I listened to them treat their other customers with dignity and respect. The guys at this location are stellar. Thank you!

I have used the office on West St multiple times to allow me to get to work when my car is in the Firestone service center for repair. I have never had a bad experience- all the staff I have encountered over the years are well mannered, well trained and efficient at their job. This last visit was a week ago.
I contacted Uber to schedule a ride from Enterprise back to Firestone to pick my car up. The distance is about 0.3 miles, just a bit too far to walk if you're 70 with a bad foot. They were going to charge me $33!
Enterprise staff drove me instead, at no charge, as a courtesy. I feel I can rely on them for not just the big things but the little things, too. Thanks, Enterprise West Street.

First I apologize that it's taken me so long to complete my review. Kash was my agent he was wonderful and explained everything to me about the vehicle I was renting, it's been awhile since I've driven a new vehicle with all the new upgrades...lol but Cash was patient and explained how it all worked.

I rented a car for my daughter who had to dive to NYC. She was a underage driver (24 yo). The process was seamless and the staff were friendly and explained everything to me. The return process (after hours) helpful, I didn't have to pay for another day.
My daughter loved the car that she had.
