Dustin is super professional. He is great at communicating what the issues are and has so much patience. I asked so many questions and he was happy to answer anything I asked. I will not go anywhere else. He is beyong reasonable and fair with pricing. Highly recommend this shop!

Dustin was amazing! Personally, for me Dustin checked every box I have when it comes to quality service and good customer service. He ensured I knew what was going on with my car and was up front and honest. He let me make the decision on how I wanted to go about addressing the issues he found when serving my car. No pressure but at the same time he made sure I understood what was going on and what was required. Dustin provides quality service and no nonsense pricing.

I am so glad I found Ultimate Import Auto Repair. I needed a turbo replacement for my VW Passat. I called several places. It was immediately clear that Dustin is an expert who could get the job done at a great price. I was correct. He did an amazing job on the repair, gave my car a complete look over to make sure it was tip top and kept me posted throughout the process. He will be my go-to for any repairs going forward. Amazing experience!

So glad I was referred to Dustin's shop. Tried to work with the dealership but their quote was astronomical. After walking through options, Dustin was able to offer me a price that was significantly less than the dealership for an engine replacement. First drive out of the shop and my car feels even more powerful and responsive than it was before my engine failed.

I will not take my car anywhere else after my experience with Ultimate Import Auto Repair and Dustin. I had to have my engine replaced but before that choice was made he gave me 2 other options.
Great communicator and was able to completely break down everything he was doing so that someone like myself, who does not know much about cars, was able to understand exactly what needed to be done and why.
