When another rental company gave away our machine we rented, we found this place and I'm so glad we did. He immediately found us a machine he had and gave it to us at a very fair price. He was so willing to work with us and help us out with our project when everything else was going wrong. Highly recommend them!

My fiance and I were going to use Deale Rental Center for the chairs for our outdoor wedding ceremony. Unfortunately due to heavy rain, the ceremony had to be moved indoors to where the reception was going to be held and the chairs were no longer going to be necessary. Early the morning of the big day, I told the point of contact for Deale Rental Center that they did not have to deliver the chairs. The man replied that it wasn't a problem, wished me and my wife-to-be well, and told me they wouldn't charge us. I couldn't have asked for better customer service. What a wonderful company.

Mr. Wayne Thompson was outstanding he was Prompt, Pleasant and Professional.
He was extremely informed and helpful.

Tee the cashier person was also very effective in handling my transaction, which she expedited while multi-tasking at the cash register location. The store was very well laid out and had a surplus of valuable items available.

I will be converting my hardware needs to Deale Hardware & Home !
