Global Pain Management

I don’t usually do reviews. I felt the need to do this because it’s something that is important to me and I don’t want others to go through what I’ve gone through. This is my third pain management center. The first center gave me three injections in the wrong place. The doctor told me that I was getting older and I would have to get used to having pain. Yet I’m too young to be on Pain medication. The second pain management center gave me injections in the right spot but didn’t want to keep me on pain medication until I could prove I was in pain. She sent me out for multiple test that had nothing to do with my pain area which is my upper back and still denied giving me pain medication. Treated me like I was a pill chaser. Then I found global pain management. Dr. Macintosh Treats me like a person Not like some paycheck or number. I really feel she understands my pain and how it affects my life in whole. She has set a plan for me and a pain regimen. She Really does care about her patients and doesn’t look at every patient has some no good junkie trying to get pain meds. She understands the stress the anxiety and the depression and everything that comes with chronic pain. Our ultimate plan is to get off the pain medication and to be pain-free and go back to living a healthy happy life. I really think Dr. Macintosh can make that happen.

Global pain management has been a pleasant, knowledgeable, friendly, comfortable experience. They have provided a safe atmosphere doing these unfortunate times of covid-19. Overall I have had and outstanding experience with Global plain management. Will definitely refer anyone. (Have already).

5 stars for global pain management all the staff there is fantastic. Ashley at the front desk is always pleasant and helpful. The doctors are very knowledgeable and have improved my pain issues greatly. Thank you global pain management for the wonderful experience.

I've been seeing Dr O for the past 8 years or so. I love her practice and all the staff here. They are like another family I've grown to know. They really take care of their patient's needs.

I have been going to Global Pain Mgmt for 5 yrs. The staff is super friendly and makes you feel very comfortable. They are also very efficient, I receive phone calls back within 2 hours if I have had to leave a message and prescriptions are always sent to the pharmacy right away. The waiting room time to go back to a room is always less than 15 minutes. Ashley at the front desk is great and she knows the patients super well.
I have been seeing Dr. McIntosh who is an excellent doctor. She always takes the time to ask and answer questions and listen to any concerns that you may have. I have also had injections done by her in both my neck and lower back every year and each time she talks me through it to make sure that I am alright and to ask if I feel any pain anywhere. I have recommended this Pain center to friends and will continue to do so. Thank you guys for all great care that you give your patients :)
