The Bay Stoves crew was on time, precise, and professional. The log set looks absolutely real and the "inside-installed" unit performs perfectly, just in time for Thanksgiving and the upcoming holidays.

The installers were great. We would definitely recommend shopping at Bay Stoves for a fireplace or wood stove.

(October 5, 2021, 11:10 am)Steve and Ryland were great! The worked quickly and seamlessly to clean out our chimney in the old house we bought! I can’t say enough nice things about them. We had tons of questions and he took the time and used great detail to explain everything. If I could give them 10 stars I would!
