I've been going here for several years. So far, I have only good things to say about this practice. Nice office and exam rooms although the waiting room seats are not senior citizen friendly - hard to get up from. Up to date equipment. Just had an excellent cleaning by Amy.
The dentists and their staff are very understanding and patient.

This is such a great team. Rolonda at the front desk was able to explain the procedures and complicated insurance process and she is a very nice and an approachable person. Everyone at the front desk are also very honest and good people. Also, shoutout to Siedah at the front for always handling things with ease. They made sure I was comfortable with my dental plan and gave me options for my preferences. They also broke down the cost and how everything will be done so I can understand the whole plan and next steps. The dentist, specially Dr. Douglas, were also great at explaining the procedures and overall good doctors. Dr. Douglas goes above and beyond for her patients! Thank you.

I just had my regularly schedule cleaning at Smile loft Glen Burnie 2/4/22. The office is pristine with great music. The front desk duo were friendly and attentive. The automated temperature detector is very cool. The Covid checklist was short and precise. My hygienist, Charmaine was awesomely gentle, informative and entertaining. :) THANK YOU.
