Dr. Lynch is a hard working physician. He listens and looks hard at the symptoms you present. I have a lot of confidence in his experience and judgement. But the practice consists of more than just the physician. There are all the other people who assist, and they are all helpful, kind and listen well. A patient walks out the exit with all the follow up information in hand. I had a particularly good experience with the insurance administrator, Miss Debbie, who made sure to check with the insurance company to confirm that no pre-authorization for a procedure was required. I spoke to her briefly on the phone, and I really got the impression that they are looking out for the best interests of the patient. I am very appreciative.

Dr. Garrett Lynch is so knowledgeable and willing to take his time and explain in detail what is happening in my joints. I have had a very successful rotator cuff surgery and now I am back with a torn meniscus. I completely trust this doctor to make sound and accurate judgements!

The facilities are clean and modern. The staff is typically polite and professional. Dr. Louis Ruland is personable, knowledgeable and professional and takes a personal interest in his patients without pushing boundaries.

Everyone is so nice here, it makes the whole visit a comfortable and pleasant experience, even when the reason for being there is not pleasant (broken bones, etc.). If you are in need of orthopedic doctors, this is the place to go because they are alI highly-qualified and ready to help.

During my visit today, unfortunately I arrived hours early for my appointment, but the front desk receptionist checked to see if I could be seen with a minimal wait. I was seen early and Dr. Smith, took the time to explain what is going on at a level I can understand. He answered all of my questions about my issue, offering potential outcomes and future course of action.
