Purchased multiple flooring products from Wood Floor Plus in Glen Burnie. Prices are very competitive, great selection - ordering and pickup process are smooth and easy. Great customer service… Amanda helped me by text and phone to select trim molding - even offering suggestions of alternative products and assisting to narrow down color selections. She truly went above and beyond! Highly recommend them and will return for future purchases.

Purchased 750 sq ft of cabin - grade solid hickory @ +/- 2.50$ sq ft. The quality is higher than I expected and the price - obviously- very reasonable.
All of this was pleasing.

An added feature was the ease of getting the 36 cases (almost one ton) of wood loaded onto my pickup. It took me two trips so I had two opportunities to be disappointed, but there was consistently good service.

You drive around to the side of the immense warehouse, and then back into the loading area. I anticipated a hassle or at best grumpy and or dismissive staff. Instead, both times, despite it being quite hot and humid, and even though everyone was busy on both occasions, someone approached me immediately, took my receipt and said they’d take care of it. Splitting the load and coming back the following week was no problem. Efficient, and everyone I spoke to was polite and helpful.

When asked, one of the forklift guys said that the place is locally owned and that the employers were excellent to work for. He’d been there eight years.

Goes to show that treating one’s employees well and managing them appropriately sometimes pays off.

Thanks to home depot and Lowe’s greed i found this place ! May God continue to bless whoever is behind this store! I made my purchase online at unbeatable prices and they text me the day for instructions on where to park to pick up my order! I drove 43 minutes got there spent 15 minutes to load into my suv from their forklift. Voila! No harassement to open a store card or random useless distraction! Straigh to the point! Will definitely go there from now on .
