I was extremely impressed how knowledgeable and professional your associate was who helped me. I came in to both put a temp hold on my debit card and deposit a thousand dollar savings bond from 1990. She made it so easy. Was polite and professional. I didn’t catch her name and hate to have to use a physical description but slim , beautiful, black, with a few tattoos. The other associate there was also polite and helpful. I’ve been in Woodforest branches from Maryland too Mississippi and in all cases I’m always impressed with their level of professionalism. I know Woodforest is kind of a second rate bank but you would never know that based on how great the associates working there are. Thank you again. Any time I’m home in Maryland this will be the branch I use.
