(April 10, 2018, 8:37 am)It is frustrating when you have to see a loved one in a facility like this. My mother has been here for over a month. She has been treated compassionately by the staff. They treat her kindly, talk to her and she constantly tells me how much she likes them. The therapists have all been wonderful to her. She has had very few complaints during her stay. The facility is nice, it is clean most of the time and she even likes the food. It's not perfect-had to ask three times for paper towels and a few other inconvenient issues. All minor issues, I don't care about minor issues. I care that she is taken care off properly and that her condition improves. They have done that.
