Our older model washing machine broke down right before Christmas. It was a minor repair (lid switch), but we needed the machine. The office staff person was very friendly and helpful; they fit our repair into a very busy time of year. The repair person was also friendly, and did the repair quickly. The cost was reasonable. Certainly willing to recommend this company!
Appliance Avenue repaired by dryer and refrigerator. Repair person was well mannered, clean and quick to fix appliances. There was a return visit that was delayed due to my husband's surgery. The receptionist was pleasant and coordinated a return date that was acceptable. I would recommend them to friends and feel confident using them again.
Appliance Avenue fixed my almost new dryer and provided directions on how to avoid pre-mature failure of the heating element in the future. They came exactly when they said they would, identified and fixed the problem right away, and charged a very fair price. They were clean, professional, and friendly.
