  This is a really great martial arts gym! There are a variety of different classes with both morning and evening options, so it can fit most work schedules. I just completed the six-week challenge. I lost a little over 22 pounds and gained strength and cardio endurance. I mainly attended the Fight Fit classes with Kelly, but I also enjoyed taking yoga classes with Kate and Rebekah. They were all very upbeat, welcoming, and encouraging. The classes were challenging and different each week, so it never felt repetitive. I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone looking for a great workout and fitness community, especially if you're someone who gets bored at traditional "big box" gyms.

  We started out 2 1/2 years ago with the 6 week trial/challenge. Still going strong and made it a family affair and all all are healthier and fitter. The coaches for the martial art and fitness classes are amazing to work with and give the right amount of push and support. The whole group feels welcoming. Great for all levels of fitness.

  My 2 daughters are students at Conquest Mixed Martial arts. We LOVE this gym. It's like a family. The past 3 years have gone by fast and the confidence and skill that my girls have will last them their life. We live an hour away and I think it is worth the drive 4 days a week. I would like to give a big thanks to Nate, Lance, Mikey, and especially professor VJ. Looking forward to what the future holds for these girls.

  Amazing experience, coaches, members, and environment. The support, encouragement and level of accountability that comes from everyone at Conquest was exactly what I was in need of. I didn’t just “work out”, I was seen, taught how to eat healthy, live healthy, not become discouraged in working towards my goals, how to be held accountable and do the same for others, and how to mentally be strong. Doesn’t matter where you are in your journey, you’re met right where you are. Never experienced such love in a gym environment. Thank you to all I’ve crossed paths with in my time there. Highly recommend!

  5 stars all the way. I love Conquest! A friend encouraged me to attend a class with her back in February - and I have been going to their Fight Fit classes since. I love that there are 2 locations, and classes early enough to still come back in time to get kids to school and start work. It’s so welcoming - I love the encouragement and the push to reach your goals. Jess at Pasadena location is amazing!
