Garrett approaches the art with sincerity. He teaches his students the philosophy of the art to train diligently, patiently, honorably. Practicing Chang Wu ChiLin helps me deal with daily stress in the calm and quiet manner and helps me cultivate the ability to be flexible in the mist of chaotic at the same time. I highly recommend learning Chang Wu ChiLin from the master Garrett Trainum.
