We moved off the big chains because of constant issues and massive customer disrespect from their nationwide help centers.

So happy we found this place, so helpful, easy to communicate with, honest, literally solved all of our complaints about the pharmacy business we had before

This is the cutest pharmacy I’ve ever seen! I had no idea an old fashioned pharmacy even existed. When I walked in I immediately thought of a soda pop shop which I’ve only seen in movies. I told the pharmacist I would bring my next date there! You can sit at the counter and order food, milkshakes, and snowballs.

I used to go to Walgreens for the convenience of the close location, but I will NEVER go back.

Not only because all corporate pharmacies are extremely understaffed and hire incompetent techs, or that patient care and empathy are non existent from the pharmacists, but now they can’t even fill my prescriptions!!

There is a major ADHD medication shortage going on for the last 5 months or so all over the US. But Charlesmead (and it’s sister store Towson Pharmacy Healthmart) have consistently come through with my medication when no where else had it.

They also COMMUNICATE with me and go above and beyond to make sure I have the smoothest experience possible, which is a blessing after the nightmare Walgreens has put me through. I’m switching all my prescriptions to this phenomenal pharmacy when I get my refills next month!!

Old time pharmacy with a lunch counter that serves great burgers and shakes.staff very friendly and the pharmacists there are very helpful. Switched from CVS.like night and day.glad we switched!!!!!!

Charlesmeade Pharmacy is wonderful. The pharmacists and owner are very kind and helpful. Sometimes our health isn't where it needs to be, and we need to take medicine and they have been there for me when my medication is ready for the next month. Thank you for your hard work and for past deliveries. You are very appreciated.

We have been dedicated Charlesmead patrons for going on three decades as our children grew. Wonderful attentive customer focus and our now adult children still drop in to their milkshake and sandwich counter.
