  I have had a filler, Botox, eyelid surgery, in office liposuction with fabulous results. I also had a tummy tuck and thigh lift and the experience exceeded all my expectations! The surgery and recovery were much better tolerated than I anticipated. And WOW my new belly button is just the cutest darn thing!!! Dr. Emily’s professionalism and thoughtfulness truly shines! My contour is terrific too, and I know no other doctor could have provided as beautiful of results. The caring nature of Dr. Emily, Sam, and Lori makes every appointment something to look forward to. What an exceptional experience every visit! I highly recommend Charm City Plastic Surgery.

  I am absolutely in love with Charm City Plastic Surgery! Their entire team is so caring, kind and present for you when you are there. Sam at the front is always a joy to chat with while you are checking in. Dr. Emily really hears & sees you when you are talking to her. She never makes you feel rushed and she is so genuine. Lauri instantly makes you feel so comfortable & like family. She is extremely knowledgeable in her profession and she talks you through everything, answering any and all questions. She clearly has deep empathy and compassion for her patients which is rare and enlightening. It's a very special place and we are so lucky to have them in Fells Point!

  Dr. Emily is the sweetest, most down to earth person you could ever ask for. She is so informative if you have any questions. Most importantly is she gentle and meticulous. I’ve had filler and Botox done in the past by several other doctors and nurses. Dr. Emily is my forever go-to from now on.

  My overall experience at Charm City Plastic Surgery was wonderful. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and responsive. I called on a whim and was able to get an appointment for a Botox treatment that day. Dr. Emily Clarke-Pearson is knowledgeable, personable, caring, and gentle. She listened attentively to my concerns and made thoughtful considerations before proceeding with my treatment. I felt fully prepared and at ease during the procedure. She talked to me throughout the process and was very quick yet gentle. It's been a week since my Botox treatment and I'm absolutely amazed with the results. The lines and wrinkles around my eyes and forehead are completely gone. Additionally, my eyes feel considerably more open and my eyebrows have a nice lift to them. I couldn't be more pleased with my results. I highly recommend Charm City Plastic Surgery--Dr. Clarke-Pearson and her staff are the absolute best!

  I interviewed with 3 doctors before making this very important decision. I’ve had other plastic surgery over the years and used other doctors in the past. All doctors including Dr. Clarke Pearson had excellent credentials. But I chose Dr. Clarke Pearson because she took her TIME with me, explained the process, all the options and most importantly made me feel completely at ease. She had also been referred to me by several others. Her attention to detail coupled with her friendly, authentic and confident demeanor was the winning factor. The day of my surgery she and her staff were awesome. They were attentive and professional. I literally felt completely comfortable in their hands. My surgery was a complete success and after 1 year I’m still incredibly happy with the results. I would 100% recommend Dr. Clarke Pearson - take a minute to meet her and you will know.
