I had a fantastic experience working with the owner and everyone else at this business. I rolled in with a barely drivable car that had just survived a hit-and-run accident, and I rolled out ahead of schedule for a lot less than I thought I'd spend. There is no sign of the accident. On the biggest question, can this shop complete quality repairs quickly and efficiently, I couldn't be more satisfied.

They worked seamlessly with my insurance company as well. When a complication regarding payment arose between the business and the company handling their credit card payments, Mr. Malik practically went to war on my behalf to resolve the issue in my favor and without delay. In terms of the financial transaction involving the repair, again, I could not be happier.

Minor problems involving the repair were also handled admirably by the repair shop, which assisted me in recovering my hat and charging my phone (the later event which threatened to strand me in West Baltimore after dark).

I consider myself lucky to have found this place, and I am proud to support a local business that has served the community for well over a decade.
