    My family always took our dogs here as I was growing up and I now I take my dog here. I have always had a wonderful experience with them. They are very compassionate and are willing to help - even over the phone! I spoke with Kim one day when I was REALLY worried about my fur baby after a procedure. She was able to calm me down and explain what was going on, and she was totally right. Thankful for such great service!

    We couldn't ask for a more caring vet then Dr D. We had to make a horrible decision to put our fur baby to rest. She was right there to comfort us in this difficult time. The staff was very helpful and understanding during this time. Dr D has always been excellent with our fur babies. We have 2 fur babies that we have had since they were born 13 years ago and have always had a wonderful experience at Northwind sick visits or just well check ups.

    I love northwind! They have been taking care of my pets for years. today we saw Dr. D for the first time and she is my favourite vet we have ever worked with. She listened to my concerns about my very anxious cat and was the first person to not chalk his behaviour up to "just being a cat" and I left feeling like I have a new understanding of his temperament, how to help him live better, and some medication to help him as well. This place is simply the best and they genuinely care about your pets well-being and quality of life.

    Northwind is an above average vet's office. The staff there are great and they get you in for your appointments on time. My only complaints are the pricing (obviously, every vet is like this) and the difficulty in scheduling appointments on weekends. I wish they had better weekend hours.
