    I go here almost daily to walk my pup. I enjoy the peaceful walk. Going out on the dock and see so many different birds. Rangers are such great people to talk to and ask about park or animals in area. Good place to bring the family as they have many weekend events.

    This is our family's favorite place to hang out. The nature center is awesome and has got classes events and all kinds of stuff going on. Pretty much, all the time. They are a lot of fun and totally kid friendly. The rangers who work here are freaking awesome and totally cool about stopping and answering questions. There are amazing, pretty even grade trails to hike and a bunch seem pretty handicap accessible so, bonus there! ???? The trails are really awesome with iron point being a cool place to walk out and look at the water. Find your favorite spot at this park then, find your other 12 favorite spots here to eat and chill. Get your meditation on. Bring a meal and your family and buck the system and go out for dinner at, pretty much any spot here for a cool, "family date" Visit here and you will not be disappointed.

    There are many trails and a nature center that is open all year. The field area is full of annoying flies that attack you during the summer months. The trails are all clearly marked and some have great lookout points. They just built a playground area in front of the nature center in 2017. Parking is free and the nature center is free.
