  With chronic back issues and multiple surgeries, I am no PT novice. After my fourth back surgery I wanted to rehab with a team that not only could handle my complex case, but were also empathetic and compassionate. As an active person I always was aware of my form and mechanics. I thought I was decent. But I soon learned from this team that my basics needed so much work.
  
  Maddy has been extremely patient working with me through ups and downs. Her understanding of human anatomy and performance is remarkable. I thought I had a handle on my own body awareness until I met her. Nope. There was plenty to tweak. Her ability to teach you to think about your body from a macro level to a micro level has been so beneficial to me. It’s changed the way I move on a daily basis. She refuses to give up when the going gets tough. Expect to sweat and be humbled in the gym with her, get needled in places you’ve never thought existed, and always be presented with a caring attitude especially on your tough days.
  
  Jordan is a book of knowledge and always has a trick up his sleeve when it comes to exercises. He is great at answering all my analytical questions especially around moving, lifting and form. His cues as you sequence through your exercises are spot on and he really breaks down movement patterns well when you’re having trouble (like the simple hip hinge I struggled so terribly with). Gym sessions with him are extremely fun and enjoyable. As he walks you through your exercises you wind up forgetting about the burn.

  Dedicated, professional staff using the most current techniques. Personal one on one treatment that pushes the patient to the best possible outcomes. This is my second time needing rehab and I feel improvement with each session. The best place to go for physical therapy!!

  My 14 year daughter was treated by Jordan at Evolution Sports White Marsh. She had a quad strain from playing club soccer.. After completing physical therapy at a different facility that really didn't know how to treat a 14 year old athlete, she strained her quad again after just 2 games. Her sports medicine doctor recommended Evolution and from the first phone call to make the appointment I was impressed. My daughter was amazed that they knew how to treat her and not only get her pain free but to help keep her that way. She enjoyed the" gym environment" rather than the traditional physical therapy office. Jordan was excellent to work with. He would adjust the level of therapy each time depending on how she was feeling. I like the fact that Jordan worked with her the whole time she was there for her appointment.. Most places have an assistant showing the patient how to do exercises, but not at Evolution. My daughter is now pain free and playing high school soccer. Thank you Jordan and Evolution Sports White Marsh! You guys are awesome!!

  First-time needing PT and I have nothing but rave reviews for Evolution Sports Physiotherapy, specifically, Jordan and Lisa. I thought their way of diagnosing and treating my issue was awesome - they listened and worked with me. The environment of the facility is clean, bright and has all the modern PT 'toys' one could need. I hope to never need PT again, but if I do, I know where I will be headed. 5-stars all the way!
