  I absolutely love the level of service I've received here. The staff, vet techs, and vets are extremely kind, understanding, and always have your animal's best interest at heart. Even more, unlike several other vets we have visited they are clearly not trying to upcharge us on everything and clearly explained everything about each prescription and treatment. Just today they let my dog in for a last minute appointment after she was bitten at the dog park. I cannot say thank you enough for fitting us in and treating my dog so well.

  I love it here! The ladies at the front desk are phenomenal, and so kind. When you have a concern they really listen. They understand that for most people their animals are their fur babies. I absolutely reccomend Jessica Racz. She is my favorite veterinarian here. She is so thorough and takes the time to explain things to you. You can tell she really cares about your animals and wants to make sure you do what is best for your dog. She will answer all of your questions and make sure that you are okay as well. I really will go to no other veterinarian than her. This place all around is great ! I thank you so much for taking care of my babies. ALL OF YOU :)

  I've heard many horror stories about Banfield but I am not one of them. Our puppy has been coming here for the past 9 months. She had great care including spaying and I have no complaints. I do plan to switch her to a vet closer to home after her first year is up but it has nothing to do with the service.
  
  The front desk has always been pretty helpful and I've only had one negative experience but not worth complaining about. I've seen them with my puppy and I'm pleased.
