My child has been enrolled in their programs & camps for a few years now. The director and her staff are so caring & dedicated to the overall development of each child as a whole person. My child has not only learned self-defense and karate skills, but increased confidence, self-awareness, personal control & responsibility. There is no timeline on which the students are required to master their skills. Students there are at all levels and ages, from a wide variety of backgrounds. Each moves at his or her own pace. Growth & personal improvement are things that every participant comes away with. The students not only learn about giving repsect, but they are respected. I trust and appeciate this program so much!

I started at the age of 14 assisting my father, Douglas Lake, as he grew Comprehensive Survival Arts (CSA) Martial Arts and Wellness School. Along the way I have earned a Black Belt in CSA Karate, a Black Belt in Bando, and a Purple Sash in Kung Fu.
