  Rawleigh Jones gave me faith that customer service still exist.
  After going to two seperate stores that will remain nameless and not getting any help and rude sales associates we ended up at Mattress Firm and Mr. Jones was on phone but promptly said he would be right with us. He finished helping person on phone then proceeded to help us, and answered all our questions, even though it was a small sale he went above and beyond to help us, so in future I know where we will go first and when the time comes for larger sales Mr. Jones will have our business.

  Stu is a true professional. He worked with me to identify my preferences and found the absolute best bed for me at a very attractive price. I hope he is still working here when I need to buy my next bed. I can’t imagine working with anyone better! If you need a bed, come ask for Stu.

  My daughter and I recently worked with Stu in the Parkville store. He was extremely knowledgeable about the mattresses and was not pushy in any sense. After purchasing for an out of state move, we found out we needed some paperwork before moving and stopped back in the store a week later. He was glad to help and made sure we had everything we needed before the move the next day. He was helpful and quick to update us throughout the day with emails. He even remembered details about us and seemed genuinely interested in helping us. 100% would recommend! Thank you Stu!

  Yesterday, my boyfriend, my step daughter and I went to look for a new mattress as we have been talking about getting a new one for awhile now. Prior to going to Mattress Firm, we were unsure of which mattress we wanted and only knew the basics of mattresses in general. As we walked in, we were greeted by a wonderful man named Stu. He walked right up to us and offered to help us with whatever we were looking for. He was outgoing, friendly and intelligent on the products Mattress Firm has to offer. We told him the basics of what we were looking for and he found the perfect mattress for us. As we were going through the process of financing, Stu had saved us hundreds of dollars and made the long process, simple and fun for us and an excited 7 year old. He has the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time, as well as being wonderful with my step daughter.
  
  If I could rate my experience with more than 5 stars, I’d give it 10. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, walking into the store, being unknowing and unsure of what we wanted and then walking out knowing we had gotten the perfect mattress and had a smile on our faces. Stu also managed to get us next day delivery, the mattress is being put in as I write this!
