Professional and first-rate. He played at the conclusion of services for my late brother (a Vietnam veteran) at the Arlington National Cemetery Columbarium. Everyone present was impressed by his flawless performance. Plus he's very good to work with in terms of discussing logistics, etc. I highly recommend Paul.

Paul is a first-rate piper. I was recently wed (April 2018) at St. William of York Catholic Church in Baltimore City. The idea for pipes actually popped up the week before the wedding and my first and only thought was to contact Paul. I know a few pipers through my travels as an historian, an Anglophile, and amateur musician. However, Paul’s talents left no question as to my pick. My request was that he lead our recessional to the hymn of Lift High the Cross. Within 24 hours he had the tune ready and offered a demonstration on his practise chanter. The effect in the church was exactly as I had hoped. Played in common time at a moderato tempo of 64bpm, the pace and tune was triumphant and stirring. My wife was also most pleased. When I need the bagpipes for another event, I know whom I shall call.
We reached out to Paul shortly before my father's service, because I found out how much my mother loves bagpipes. (She told me they make her cry, and she NEVER cries!!). Not only did Paul accommodate us so he could be there and perform at the service, but he did so with very little notice. His performance was beautiful, and he was pleasant and professional. Paul Cora was selected to play bagpipes at my brother's wedding in April. He did a fantastic job! We were worried as normally bagpipers tend to be shrill, out of tune, and inaccurate with their performances. Mr. Cora was none of those. He displayed mastery of his instrument and his professionalism put us all at ease from the very start. His cheerful and comedic disposition also made him a pleasure to work with, and we'll surely have him again in the future. Strongly recommended!
