Coach Carolina was the first person to plant the seed of me pursuing a degree. She was the first person to show me how to not give in to defeat. I am the woman I am today because of her guidance, participation, and commitment to my personal growth. Carolina helped me to see me. To see that everything I was carrying around inside me was hurting me and my life. It was all so toxic.
She helped me to see that I need to feel ALL my feelings in order to heal. Good and bad. To be triggered is good and helps to bring awareness. Helps you to see what's really going on inside and process, unpack the feelings and let go.
She helped me to understand that just as I have my journey I have traveled, my story of what I come from, so do others. Even the person or people that inflicted the most pain on me. That maybe they had a story, a journey. Well, turns out they did and finding that out led me to understanding, compassion and finally forgiveness. Forgiveness I NEVER thought I would extend. She showed me forgiveness is as much about me as it is the person receiving it. Being able to forgive helped me heal, let go of the constant anger and hatred that consumed me. To move forward just a little more everyday as it is still a work in progress.
Carolina has gotten me through some of my darkest times. I've been able to say things to her I could never say to another because she gets it, without judgement but with compassion and understanding. With great ideas and tools and sometimes, just listening.
She always says "more will be revealed". Every time, something was revealed. May have been something hard or may have been an "ah ha" moment. Regardless, always a great reveal.

This is my first time having a life coach and I am so grateful to have met Carolina.
