I had a small roof leak and had my entire roof replaced by a company back in October 2020 (with a 5 year warranty). A year later when the roof was found to be leaking the company refused to honor the contract. I was referred to Twins Home Improvement LLC. They were courteous, prompt, highly professional and repaired all the potential leaky site for a very reasonable payment and gave me a year of warranty without insisting on me replacing the entire roof.

This is the type of service and quality work that customers should pay for. This company came highly recommended to me by several people and now I know first hand that they certainly have earned all their stars!!!

Josh, Carlos and the crew are the best. Very detail and efficient in their work. Excellent customer service. I call Josh at 5:30 pm today on Tuesday with my problem he was very understanding and said he will let Carlos know about my problem and get back in touch with me. Five minutes later he said Carlos will be at your house tomorrow on Wednesday to take care of the problem. I will highly recommend this company to anyone if you need your roof or gutters replace.

This is a great company. Very transparent in their price quote, and will respect the schedule they give you to get your roofing job done. I was very impressed with the job quality. They took their time with a lot of patience and did a perfect job installing my new roof. These guys are very professional and friendly. We had Twins install a new roof last month and are completely satisfied with EVERYTHING! Josh worked with our insurance co and we were able to get a $$$ check. The installers were professional, arrived at 7:30 am and worked till 4:00 pm. They cleaned up the areas around the house, not a nail was found. Roof looks great.... HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
