Peak Healthcare at Frederick Villa

Very clean, properly kept, loving and welcoming facility. I've worked here for about 3 years. The nurses the gnas, the whole staff is kind and are there to help. The rooms are beautiful and so are its halls. The halls sparkle and are so clean you can see the reflection of the lights or windows on the floor all thru the facility. The food they serve for there residents is so good and they encourage there residents in multiple activities. The activities personal is so sweet she offers anyone any help. The administrator keeps the place inshape so does the Director of Nursing. The staff is warm, welcoming with great hospitality. Housekeeping is on point with there serves as well as maintaince. The hospitality at this facility is something you will never forget of how kind and welcoming this facility is. 👩‍⚕️👨‍⚕️🏥

I used to visit this facility often since my friend was living there. I highly recommend this facility I made many friends among residents and staff.
The facility is always kept clean and organized staff are really helpful and managers are responsive facility always smells decent and my friend told me the food was really really delicious they also have alternative meals available.
Rehab at this facility is awesome i saw with my own eyes how they helped my friend get back on her foot.

Nursing Staff are caring and highly skilled. Physicians and nurses are very responsive to concerns.dietary team is excellent and meals are delicious.in general facility is well kept and cleaned, no bad odor and housekeeping staff clean the room daily.

The staff are respectful, knowledgeable, and caring. The managers are very quick to return phone calls and address concerns of residents and family members. The building is clean and appears to be well kept . Rehab is great in helping patients make progress. They have great daily activities for residents to boost mental and physical health. Food is tasty with variety of options.
