When I entered the office, everyone greeted me with a smile and they were very congenial. I thought I was in the "Twilight Zone", only kidding, I actually felt like I was visiting family. I filled out some paperwork and was immediately taken to an examination room. I only had to wait several minutes before Dr. Wu entered. He listened very attentively to my concerns and did his examination. I was very happy with the care I received.

Doctor and assistant are superb. Front desk puts me through a manual paper exercise wherein I have to repeat printing my name and entering my DOB at least 3 times on the same form. Neither my name nor DOB Has changed since last visit. Why do I have to enter it multiple times to “update” the form?

It's easy to get an appointment with my preferred doctor. The wait times are short. My doctor takes special care and listens to my concerns and needs. Her staff also is diligent and caring.

My "every six month" visit was 12/21/2022. Greeted warmly;y and professionally. Promptly saw Dr. Margaret Weiss and her associate Ms. Shannon Bradford, my usual team. Excellent review off issues and prompt care to my new item. Caring, complete focus and clear instructions on next steps. Thank you!

Dr. Wu is an amazing doctor. He helped clear up my face. He took his time in addressing my skin issues and came up with the best treatment plan for me. I'm moving, and he even took the time to find a great recommendation (someone familiar with my skin issues) for me. I would most definitely recommend him!!
