  We had Mike do a buff and coat on our hardwood floors prior to moving in. We were interested in a service to improve the appearance of our flooring and also to provide protection from future wear. Our floors look amazing. We contacted Mike at Flawless Floors and he was able to give us an estimate and complete the service within a week. We will definitely use Flawless Floors again for buff and coat and eventual refinishing. I highly recommend this company.

  We recently bought a new home in Cockeysville, and had Flawless Floors come in and refinish our hardwood floors. First, they removed approx 1,100 ft of carpet, then we saw it had several stains in the floors. We were concerned the floors were not going to turn out nice, but boy we were wrong! They sanded out all the bad stains, also replaced a few boards as well. They took a very worn down, stained up floor, and turned it out beautiful! They stained it a custom gray for us, and even mixed some colors for us until we got the exact color we wanted. Then they applied 4 coats, and did all the molding as well. There was not any dust left either, very clean, and used dust containment. We could not be more happy with our new floors in our new home. We highly recommend Flawless Floors for your hardwood needs!???

  I recently had Flawless floors do 3 projects in my home in Perry Hall. First, they cleaned up and buffed down my entire upstairs second floor, and brought it back to life with a new coat! On the 1st floor, they completely refinished my existing hardwood floors, which had several nasty stains, which I thought were never going away. They refinished and stained the floors dark to hide them, and they looked awesome! Finally, they installed luxury vinyl plank floors in my entire basement. They were great to work with, very clean and professional! Highly recommended.....you won't be disappointed!

  Highly recommend. Mike is great. Fair/honest/good pricing for great quality. Easy to work with and on time every day and communicated perfectly. My project was large kitchen and connected dining room with two different hardwoods (red oak and pine). Total project took 6 days I think and my family felt as undisturbed as possible. He was knowledgeable with stains and helped us match the color on the different woods as good as we could expect. Highly recommended.

  We had Flawless Floors sand and refinish our hardwood floors and they did an incredible job! Not only were the floors done beautifully, but Mike provided great customer service keeping us up to date daily on their progress and schedule. Going into this project we were dreading the clean up we might have to do once complete, but they did a great job and it was minimal dusting/vacuuming for us. We would definitely recommend Flawless Floors to anyone looking to have theirs done!
