The Apartments at Cambridge Court

We have been at The Apartments at Cambridge Court for three years now! The apartments are beautiful, the grounds are well kept! Recently with the change in management there has even been additional upkeep and maintenance to make you really feel like you’re getting your money’s worth! Colleen in the office is a sweetheart and willing to help always! The maintenance staff is so friendly and transparent, which helps you know what to expect from them. I always get compliments on where I’m living, and because the staff does so well with outside upkeep it gives me pride! Such a pleasant place to live

I give The Apartment at Cambridge Court this 5 star rating on behalf of my family. They have gone above and beyond the call of duty for us.

My Home is amazingly comfortable, and perfect for us.

We haven't had any major issues that wasn't fix when prompted.

Lastly, I give my hands to Colleen Morgan for being an amazing leader in her office and a great communicator with the tenants.

What a joy it has been to move and live in this community. While it has only been a short while, I have really enjoyed this process. Patti has been incredible and has been such an amazing asset to this move process. Coming from another state, having worked with her, it made the the process so easy and convenient. I was able to finally meet Patti in person and she was able to walk me through everything and it was so amazing. I wish everyone has the opportunity to work with Patti as she is absolutely wonderful! The community is super clean and pretty quiet even though there are tons of kids around. The neighboring community has everything that you could imagine and more. I was so pleased with my decision to move here. What a wonderful change this has been. If you are thinking about this complex, do it!

Sara is an absolute angel!!!! Hands down. Her warmth, empathy, knowledge, and eagerness to help honestly made moving into my first home an easy & amazing experience. From the moment we met on the tour to move in day, she is so genuine and involved every step of the way. She takes on your issues as her own, and you can tell she gets a personal sense of fulfillment in helping others feel comfortable. When I had issues with my first unit, she oversaw my transfer to ensure that it was fair & timely. Now, my boyfriend & I truly feel at peace in our new home- and that is invaluable. Sara plays a huge role in what has made our experience at The Apartments at Cambridge Court so great! I have full faith that whatever I need, she will go above & beyond to see it through. She is a model leasing agent, so professional, very responsive, extremely reliable, and my go-to for anything I need while living here. I couldn't ask for a better person to help us. Love her to pieces!!
