  I truly enjoy residing at the Courts Of Avalon. The maintenance team and the office staff are superb. (????????????????). In life problems will arise, but I must say the maintenance and office staff are Johnny on the Spot. I truly appreciate that!!
  I want to give a special shout out to Troy Oliver, resident service manager. I experienced an incident that I needed to be addressed ASAP. Troy was rational, empathetic, compassionate and listened to my concerns. He calmed me down because I was a bit of a wreck when he asked me if he could help me. Troy came up with a solution to my problem. Thank you Troy and Tekia for your assistance in my time of need. I truly appreciate the staff at the Courts of Avalon!!!You all are the best!! I highly recommend this property!!

  I have lived in the Courts of Avalon for a little over 2yrs. Kieth & Troy have always been very helpful and there to assist me and my family with any problems in my home. The community is well managed, peaceful, quiet and clean. I made a good decision to move to this community, the neighborhood is a good location for all my daily activities. The neighbors are courteous and respect each other; you sometimes barely know someone lives near you lol. I definitely feel like I made a good decision moving to this community.

  I am a current resident here at the Courts of Avalon, I've been here now for 4+years and I can honestly say it's been a great experience. The community is always well kept, the landscaping, and the maintenance is always on par. Keith is extremely professional and pleasant each and every time I put in a request or I see him around the property. Oh and we have an amazing dog park which is a huge plus for me!

  I live here a little over a year, the property was just like living in a home. Garage was huge, property was always maintained and the leasing and maintenance staff are AWESOME. One person who I can say is good at his job is Keith, the groundskeeper, he makes sure the areas around each home is clean and in the winter, you can always rest assured that you will not fall on the ice. He even helps with duties to assist other team members at the Avalon with maintenance issues. Your experience will be the most pleasurable at the Avalon!

  I am so glad eight months ago I chose Courts of Avalon as my home. The entire leasing staff is awesome. Lisa and Troy represent the epitome of customer service. They are actually concerned and care about their residents. The maintenance crew is wonderful. Romel has handled all my maintenance service requests timely with professionalism and expertise. Keith always has a pleasant attitude and ensures the grounds are well kept. The apartment homes are absolutely beautiful. What else can I say except if you don't already live here, consider moving to the Courts of Avalon.
