Body First - Health and Healing

I've been taking online classes with Body First for almost a year now. Their classes are great for anyone wanting to build strength and tone. Sioned really knows and understands bodies well. She has helped me with areas that were either in pain or not in alignment before. I can't imagine going a week without class now! Definitely check them out!!

There are so many great things to say about Body First and Sioned (the instructor), I'm not sure where to start! I have done both in person (small classes) and virtual and both have been amazing for my overall strength and flexibility. The classes are very personalized and especially focused on form and making sure your lower back is secure, which I really appreciate. The reformer machine is amazing - better than any I've encountered elsewhere, and the classes are tough in a positive way. I love going and I am so grateful to have found them!

I have always been a very active person. After my baby was born in fall 2020, I did not know how or where to start with my workout/ active lifestyle again. I felt different and realized I needed some help gaining some strength back in my core and pelvic floor. Sioned's classes were the perfect place to start postpartum. She teaches you how to strengthen your body and safely recover after baby. I have been taking her classes once a week since December 2020 and I feel so much stronger. And in a way that I feel comfortable trying other types of workouts. After every class I was surprised how sore I was (in a good way!). I would recommend her classes to any new mom looking for a place to start her recovery! Loved/ Love every minute of it!!

I’ve had multiple amazing experiences here! Sioned is a phenomenal instructor who is able to work with all levels and was easily able to modify movements to fit my needs. If you’re hesitant to participate in a virtual course I’d highly suggest taking the leap because Sioned and Alex make the virtual environment super comfortable and welcoming.

My virtual group session with Sioned was individualized, focused, and fun! She gave very helpful and clear cues to each student, regardless of skill/experience level. I would highly recommend her classes!
