I went to Serein Aesthetics for my first facial in my life & I was just blown away by the entire experience!

First, booking an appointment was seamless! I messaged Ms. Nakia on a Sunday thinking I would go ahead and try to get an appointment after debating for months to take the plunge.

One never knows if the product/service advertised will be what one gets in reality.

My message was answered promptly early the next day! I was given the link to book online and we able to complete the intake form as well as having a choice to pay a deposit or in full.

Once I booked my appointment I received all the relevant information. The professional, efficient way she deals with her clients is phenomenal! In these days of being stretched, harried by life finding something that is easy is refreshing and appreciated.

When I arrived I found convenient parking and greeted by Ms. Nakia in the parking lot! I found her to be warm and welcoming! I was instantly at ease and felt relieved that I’d booked.

The space is well appointed! You enter inside and the smell of scented candles, ambient lighting, music playing that was a vibe on its own was just the start of the best hour and 45 minutes of my week! The decor was bright whites and neutral tones & clean.

I received the hydrating facial with added derma planing. It was sooooo relaxing to just lay there, do nothing and receive such a pampering experience! I was already thinking about my next appointment at that point.

The products she used felt and smelled amazing! I enjoyed every aspect of my visit at Serein. I was so relaxed and comfortable that I feel asleep for a bit. The facial/ neck/shoulder massage was worth every penny!

I made my next appointment before leaving! I highly recommend trying Serein I’m so glad that I did!

Hands down the best Aesthetician 👌. Her room is so cozy, clean and relaxing . She is very welcoming and she wants to make sure you are comfortable at all times. She does more than provide a service, she educates you as well when it comes to your skin. I am definitely going back to her for my facials and wax services

My experience at Serein Aesthetics was amazing! The space was clean, cozy, warm and inviting. I enjoyed the my facial and even took a nap. It was just so relaxing. I left with a phenomenal glow and am still shining even several days afterwards. I have started a new skin care regimen and am pleased. I definitely will and have recommended to others and will continue to do so.
