  My wife and I are expecting our first child later this year and wanted to get our water tested to avoid issues down the road. Called and set up an appointment after my wife saw one of their trucks on the road. Overall it's been a great experience dealing with Carroll Water Systems. Very professional and straightforward. Charlie is very down to earth and professional plus he is an experienced chemist. He explained each step of the test, what he was looking for, allowable ranges for what he found in my well water, and made the process easy to understand. The technicians that came out were great and answered all my questions. Matt and his apprentice were professional and personable. They made sure I understood my new water softener before they left. They even made references back to what Charlie told them to ensure my system was set up per his instructions (things like water hardness and so on). I would definitely recommend people consider Carroll Water Systems if they need their water tested or system checked out. I will be reaching out again at some point to upgrade my pH neutralizer.

  Quick and upfront. Did a good job explaining issues and were extremely polite. Mike was very good at explaining and showing the issue we were having and explaining maintenance on our end. They did not try to pressure us into unnecessary repairs or replacements. We will be using them again.

  Mike Alascia is a true professional. He is extremely courteous and patient, taking the time to explain to me everything he did. His approach to the job was most efficient. Considering that this was a Sunday, "emergency call", I did not expect such a prompt response and from a technician who's only concern was to make sure that my problem was resolved. Mike will do whatever it takes and Carroll Water is fortunate to have such a fine young gentlemen as an employee. Thank you again Mike. Sincerely, Bill Fleischer

  I appreciate the timely scheduling of a well pump replacement (one day turnaround), as I was without water with two sick children. Greg and Chris showed up early, had a great ‘can do/get it done attitude’ and even taught me some things about my system. Price was OK—being from the Midwest I’m not used to things being so expensive, but Carroll also stands by their work, and their work is excellent. That costs—especially out here. I would recommend them, and will likely use them again.
