  I have fibromyalgia with many trigger points and have been to numerous physical therapy facilities over the last five years searching for help. I was skeptical to try again, but Dr. Abed, my pain management specialist highly recommended Brian at Pivot. Brian works one on one for the entire session and I "graduated" from PT with only 6 exercises to do 3 to 4 times a week which only takes about 10 minutes and are very doable. I am very grateful to Brian for understanding trigger points and working with me to help me feel better than I have in years. If you have tried other physical therapists with no success definitely give Brian at Pivot a try. Brian is a miracle worker.

  A great facility! Pivot has a wide range of equipment and therapy options. The therapists are very personable; caring about your condition, well-being, and how well the program is working for you. They are gentle but effective at their job. My daughter is progressing great under the care of Brian and Lindsey. They treat us more like friends than patients.
  Scheduling is easy. There wasn't a long wait for a new patient appointment. Once established, the scheduling is flexible. It has been very easy to schedule follow up therapy appointments.
  The front desk receptionist is incredibly friendly and helpful. She's assisted with insurance claims and helped when we received an insurance denial due to an error.
  The office is clean and well kept. They clean after each patient. All loose items are safely stored. I would highly recommend Pivot! It's the perfect mix of modern technology, traditional treatments, great staffing, and effective therapy.
