Life happens and sometimes you need something done right away. I needed a new car battery or I would have been stuck at work. Battery Guardians came to my rescue in less than an hour. Battery Guardians exceeded my expectation from start to finish and was a 5-star experience.

My battery kept needing a jumpstart so I searched for a business that can come to my home on this cold February day. I called this morning and spoke to a courteous and knowledgeable female who explained how the business operates and the fee I will incur if the battery isn't the issue. I agreed to the terms and proceeded to schedule an appointment window of 11:30am -12:30pm. The technician arrived at 12:05 pm, checked the battery and saw that I needed a new one when I tried to start the truck and nothing happened. He did a jump start and determined it was the battery not starter or alternator. That put my mind at ease.😊
He proceeded to install a new Interstate battery compatible with my Chevy truck. The install was completed at 12:17 pm when he called me to come back outside to pay for the service. He was efficient with his work and very professional.
