Hello,My experiences along side the professionalism an one on one customer service and feedback that I've received at the St Marys,Lexington Park office location is unmatched.At any time calling them over a question on policy or just updating files if I'm not in the area they are always courteous and follow up with return calls with correct information for you as a consumer and them not making you feel like a hassle but a " Hey how can I help".attitude.Frank Goldbach has a great co-worker there with Brandi handling all your insurance needs given I've been with Nationwide from day one of my policy I'd not look any further then them for insurance coverage,Thanks again there doing a great job for there customer relations...
