  I cannot speak highly enough about Momentum Personal Training and Stacey Wilson. Both are absolutely amazing. Stacey knows your strengths and weaknesses...and knows how to build up both while making you love working out. It's crazy, but true! I looking forward to working out and feeling better about myself all the time.
  
  I was thrilled to move with Stacey to Momentum Personal Training. Jeff, the owner, is awesome and has built a center that is comfortable and yet invigorating. Between Stacey, Jeff, and the training gym, I'm inspired to do better and push myself. Which are two things I never expected when it came to working out.
  
  Over the past few years, my endurance has soared, my bone and muscle strength had vastly improved, and my weight had dropped. I couldn't had asked for anything more! — in Eldersburg, Maryland.

  I was diagnosed with MS in 2014 and ALS in 2016 by Johns Hopkins. I started with Stacey in August 2016 walking with a cane and after several falls. my prognosis was that I would always need a cane and would more than likely progress to a walker. It is the first of December and I have not fallen since starting with Stacey. I do not use a cane and can actually step up on an 18 inch step with no assistance . Thank you Stacey and Momentum for making my life livable again.

  I have been doing boxing / kickboxing with Stacey for 8 weeks now. I am going stronger, faster and see changes in my body. I am firming up and don't get out of breath as fast as I use to. I'm learning self defense plus it's a great cardio !

  I have worked with different trainers over the past few years and none of them have been able to get results that I have in one year with Jeff. He is the most knowledgeable, energetic and dedicated trainers I have ever met. 20lbs down and 10 to go! Going to his studio several times each week is something I look forward to.

  Momentum Personal Training has given me life back! I joined because I wanted to bulk up, grow muscle and get healthier. I was under weight and weak.I successfully gained 10 lbs in muscle in only 6 months. Jeff is a true fitness guru. He stresses the importance of overall health. From growing muscles to understanding eating habits and having a healthy lifestyle. He helped me understand the importance of being healthy inside just as much as the outside. I quit smoking cigarettes with his help. I also love that I get the one on one interaction with him. It is less intimidating and the scheduled routine keeps me coming back for more :) I strongly urge anyone that wants to start living a healthier lifestyle, to seek Momentum Personal Training's services.
