(April 12, 2021, 2:34 pm)I have been seeing Beth for over 8 months now. I started to see her for meditation, yoga, reiki and reflexology. I have found it very helpful for peace of mind and body. She does reflexology and reiki for neuropathy in both feet and legs and my right ankle after I dislocated and broke it. After surgery it continued swelling and with her expertise in reflexology she has been able to reduce the swelling and pain. Using meditation I am able to relax and clear my mind which I have found very helpful in my recovery from alcoholism. She is very knowledgeable in yoga and has designed a custom program for me since I am limited in certain positions. She is a warm and wonderful and very caring person. She is extremely talented in her craft. I leave her sessions feeling clear headed and renewed.

Beth is one of those intuitive instructors I have ever studied with; she cares deeply for each and every student as if they were her only student in class. Vinyasa flow is expertly choreographed and suitable for all level from beginner to expert. You will not find a gentler, kinder and more technically skilled yoga teacher anywhere in Maryland. You owe it to yourself to relax and experience Yoga with Beth. Honestly, if I could give her 10 stars I would! ❤ -

(August 13, 2019, 5:16 pm)Yoga Nidra with Beth was the most relaxing experience ever. Beth has the most soothing voice and calm energy, which is why I choose her as my yoga instructor. Her presence is made for this! Highly recommend this experience to everyone!
