Chris and his helper are timely and polite. Currently waiting for them to come out to yet another job I need them for. Always excellent customer service.

I've been using WRF & Son for several years now, but today they really went above and beyond. Water line broke from the well to the house, they knew that I had a military assignment coming up and plus bad weather coming, fit a big job into one afternoon to get water back on in the house, gave me peace of mind that my family wouldn't have to worry about it again, and at a price that didn't crush my soul. I really appreciated the outstanding service!

Have called WRF & Son 2x and have amazing service each time. They have gone beyond my expectations each time. Great service, professional, and priced very well. They are my go to plumber in the area.

Called about 2 leaks which happened in unison and they told me they were very busy but would see if they could fit me in. They suggested I also have my neutralizer serviced at the same time to save the cost of travel to do it separately. I had accepted that I'd probably be without water for the weekend but recieved a call at 4 PM saying they were on their way. They did a great job and were courteous . I have used them in the past and recommend:)

These guys saved me. The house sprung a water leak somewhere and we were without water for a week. I went through my home warranty and homeowners insurance. I got appointments for a service call from two other plumbing companies thru home warranty. Neither called me initially to set up a date/time. And then neither showed up or even called me back to let me know what's going on.

WRF & Son, on the other hand, prompt and courteous. Within 24 hours, they had a two man crew at my door. An hour later, there was water back in the house. Fast, efficient, reasonable and professional. Stellar customer service. I am absolutely not going anywhere else.
