  Susan and Chris are fantastic. I have seen them on and off for years. They always address my concerns and look for new ways to help me out. I feel they are extremely knowledgeable and look to educate themselves. I highly recommend them for anyone’s PT needs!

  They are the best. They listen to your concerns. They explain why the are doing what they are doing and the effect it will have. I have had numbness in one arm for 4 years and have had 5 surgeries with no relief. I started having numbness in my second arm and decided to try PT. I am finally seeing some improvement. I like the fact that when they are working with you your the only patient they are seeing. Kathy Fay.

  I’ve been going to Susan and Chris for years now, even prior to their own shop. Definitely get one on one ‘real’ physical therapy. They don’t just set a machine and forget about you. When I did the homework exercises and was consistent with my therapy, my issues with various joints were resolved. Chris and Susan listened to my concerns/issues and provided help for the immediate issue but also for the other things that could have caused the issue (knee/heal pain = tight AT band)! Highly recommend them.

  My 12 year old daughter has been a patient with Susan for rehab following elbow surgery. There is no one I trust more than Susan and Chris to work on my children! It’s hard to find a PT that can communicate effectively to pre-teens, but Susan has been a god-send to my daughter. My daughter felt like Susan truly cared about her and listened to her concerns. When my daughter was tired, Susan motivated her to want to get better. The other great thing about Peterson PT is you only see physical therapists! There’s no middle man. You spend your time with Susan or Chris and you have their undivided attention. Ask yourself if you can find that anywhere else? I doubt it. I wish all medical providers were like them!

  This is my second time with Peterson Physical Therapy. Last year I had a total knee replacement which required extensive physical therapy; and then this year with some back issues (arthritis, degenerative disk disease, spondylosis). I started out with Chris but also saw Susan on numerous occasions. Both are excellent therapists. I was amazed and thankful for their nurturing, professionalism and knowledge. Just in case you didn't know, Peterson Physical Therapy is therapist owned and believe me when I say that makes a BIG difference. You receive one on one treatment/therapy with a physical therapist. One full hour is reserved just for you, I've had PT numerous times elsewhere. Usually a physical therapist interviews and assesses you then designs a treatment plan/program suited to your needs. Then a physical therapist's aide/assistant works with you and other clients at the same time (at least that's been my experience). You're shown what to do and basically left on your own to do it. After you've completed your exercise/routine your usually have to wait for the therapist assistant/aide to return to show you what to do next (because they work with numerous patients at a time). It was not unusual for me to be there for well over an hour (sometimes closer to two!) Not so with Chris and Susan. That hour belongs to you and you alone! They are right there with you the whole time....teaching and educating you...monitoring you step by step....listening to your concerns and encouraging you along the way.... Recovery from a total knee replacement was difficult and very painful. At times I was really afraid, in pain and I just wanted to give up. Both Chris and Susan were always there for me (as they are with all their clients). I loved how they printed out some of my exercises for me so I would have something to refer to when I was doing them at home. I felt their caring, their confidence and saw their expertise and it made me feel more at ease and comfortable knowing that I was in good hands. I'm a Registered Nurse and a friend of mine (also a Registered Nurse) told me about them. what a blessing that was! They were also instrumental in her mother's recovery. They were a major factor in my quick recovery then and now. I can't say enough good things about this wonderful, caring, patient oriented practice. I highly recommend Peterson Physical Therapy.
