Alex came in and helped me not only get the right insert for my fireplace but made a special trip out to install it so that I would have it before Christmas. He even called me the next day to make sure that I understood how much fuel i would burn using it and gave me tips on my propane usage. Not only was his pricing fair but he went above and beyond in his customer service. I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone who has gas in there home or business.
