(July 20, 2019, 2:30 pm)The absolute best customer service. When I first placed my order for lumber, the customer service was very good. My lumber was delivered a week later. When I went through it, I noticed that two of the boards were wrong. They sent me 2x8x20 versus the 2x6x20 I ordered. I called them and Steve was very apologetic. I told him I needed the correct boards that day and would have to pick them up. He told me keep what I had and he would refund me the price of the two board AND give me the two correct boards. When I got there I also needed another board. Steve threw it in with no charge as well. Just when I thought Steve couldn't be any nicer. He brought my son and me a Gatorade each because we looked like we were hot.
Even though 84 lumber is a drive for me, I will always give them all of my lumber business due to the outstanding customer service. I strongly suggest you do the same.
