  Tim arrived early,fixed hot tub leaks quickly and did not overcharge for the service. Very efficient and I would not hesitate to use Total Spa Repair in the future. It has been over a month and repair is working great.

  We just upgraded our nine year old PDC Spa with a fantastic Cal Spa. It has six seats with a different jet combination in each one. Tim arraigned for an expert crane operator to lift the old spa off the deck and replace it with the new Cal Spa. In our experience Total Spa Repair is the ONLY repair service in the area you can count on. When Tim showed us all of the features on the Cal Spa and excellent warranty we were sold and have been using it constantly!

  Tim has been fantastic every time that he has worked on our hot tub. He is prompt, reliable, honest, friendly and attentive to detail and will give you all the options of what work to do/not do. About 6 months ago he came and got our hot tub working after years of it sitting around our yard while we thought it was a goner. He got it repaired for a few hundred dollars and offered to use a used part to save us some money, since it wasn't worth putting expensive new parts in our old hot tub. He recommended we have an electrician fix the electrical panel/circuit because he said it wasn't going to last long. Well...we forgot to do that and ended up with a hot tub that wouldn't turn on during 20 degree weather! Tim came out the same day I called and fixed it for us just in the knick of time before the pipes burst! Whew! Then today Tim came to repair it after some overly excited kids caused some damage and it wouldn't turn on again. He found the problem and said we could replace the part but it wasn't a critical part and it could be fixed without replacing, so did we want to spend the money or skip it? I really appreciate that you never feel like he is pushing you to do unnecessary work and as someone who doesn't understand the inner workings of a hot tub I am so grateful for his honesty!   Tim has been wonderful to work with over the years. When my husband and I were ready for a new hot tub, Tim recommended a wonderful replacement tub. His price was very reasonable. He removed our old tub and installed the new tub with ease. Great company to work with. Tim had serviced our old hot tub for the past 8 years. Great service. I highly recommend this company.

  Tim provides fantastic service and excellent work. He is the first person we call whenever we have a problem and has been servicing our hot tub for years. We had our first tub for 20 years and bought a new one from Tim last year. He gave us great advice and we love our new hot tub. He just made a small repair in our tub and made the extra effort to vacuum up some of the water that had been leaking before he made the repair. We are very grateful for his work!
