  Quality. Quality. Quality. If you have a European car that needs some love, this is the place for you. Don't walk in expecting to save, they are going to use OEM or equivalent parts for your vehicle, as they should. They've earned my business for life, transparent work and the most detailed vehicle inspections I've ever seen. A+ to the whole staff.

  Let me first start by saying that although I am a frequent user of online reviews, I have been negligent over the years in not contributing to the collective mindset of the general public. That stops here. I feel compelled to leave a review for the Auto Clinic International (ACI) because they truly stand out. I have owned vehicles literally all over the world, a result of my chosen profession. Of course I've owned plenty of vehicles in the US as well, across a variety of states including Texas, Missouri, Kansas, Washington State, Georgia, and now Maryland. ACI has been by far in a class of their own with regards to how well they have taken care of my car these past five years, and how well they have taken care of me as a customer. On numerous occasions I have swung by due to some trouble light or other small issue and not once did they ask me to come back. Whatever they are doing, someone stops and comes out to see what the issue is. On almost every occasion they have fixed the problem on the spot and sent me on my way until my next regularly scheduled service. And speaking of service, as a huge proponent for technology, I am overly impressed with the systems they have put in place to communicate with the customer and that includes the highly detailed report (with photos) that I received as a result of my most recent service. Simply outstanding. So there you have it, in a 5-star rating scheme I give them 6 stars without question. And now I can also say that I have offered my contribution to the online collective of consumers informing consumers! COL Dan

  We had an amazing experience with Auto Clinic today! Customer service is A++. We dropped in and they added oil to our BMW (usually have to do this at their dealership. We were out the door in 10 minutes. Super friendly, very fast, and professional. Thank you for an excellent experience!

  Edgar and his crew in AC are top notch, highly dedicated and always there to provide you with the best service. They stay focus and keep you inform of your service and will answer any questions you may have. Awesome service!

  This company provided excellent customer service from both technicians and service advisers. Technician provided detailed diagnosis for what vehicle problems were and what steps they have taken to found that problem with also images and video. He elaborated in a way that was easy for anyone to understand. Service advisor was very informative and answered unspoken needs. Online assessments is off the chain and easy to use. I will continue to use this company for automotive needs in the near future.
