(February 13, 2017, 1:56 pm)This is the best retirement community I have ever seen. There is nothing like it near me in Georgia. I am so glad my dad lives here now - he really enjoys it too! The staff is friendly, the dining room serves great food, and the facilities are welcoming, well appointed and always lots to do. It is very comforting to me that if dad ever needs more specialized care, he doesn't have to go to another facility. If there was a Homewood near me i would sign up right now! I think as far as cost goes, THEY GET IT! Who wants to 'buy' into a retirement community when you will have to sell it to get the money back, if you even can. Renting is definitely the way to go!
