  Had a great server. That makes all the difference. Food was good. The Mac n cheese was decent but nothing to write home about. The wings were good but not nearly as good for a restaurant known for their wings. Mozzarella sticks and spinach artichoke dip we're both fantastic. And the carrots and celery sticks were fresh.

  There honestly isn't much to say about B-Dubs because it's pretty much a standard chain! I ordered my wings well done and they came out perfectly! I went during lunch with a co-worker and there were barely 5 people in the restaurant at that time, so it wasn't crowded, it wasn't noisy, it wasn't anything but fast and pleasant service!

  I got the grilled steak and cheese. My only problem with it was the bun. I had to eat it with a fork because the bun was in 2 halves. The taste was fine. I did have to ask for mayo because it was a little dry.

  Service is hit and miss here. The wings are great. I typically eat lunch here. Some days my food is served as expected in a timely manner. Other days I wait over 30 minutes. Some days the servers keep checking on me, keeping my drink refilled. Other days I wonder where my server is. The managers appear to avoid being visible. If not for the half price wings on Tuesdays I might not have much incentive to come back.

  The food was very good and hot on my take order. I made my order within the restaurant and the attendant was very patient with me as I asked questions making up my mind what to order - now that is great customer service! Will definitely be returning.
